Clapping, Crawling, Climbing

Bridget has been strong willed lately. It's been tricky trying to convince her to do anything! So, I am shocked that she clapped for me in this video.

Bridget on the move

Bridget has been a crawling machine. Below you will see her new gear, "baby legs". I wish I invented them. They protect her knees as she crawls, and they are so stylish. I ran out to buy a pair after I noticed her knees were raw from rug burn.

Here are some clips of Bridget in action.

This video shows some of Bridget's crawling skills. Although, she isn't really crawling far because she wants to look at the camera.

Bridget now loves to get into her rocking chair. Here she is rocking with grandpa.

I am trying to get Bridget to eat fruit from the mesh bag on a stick that Rosie uses. So far, it isn't working.

10 months old

It's hard to believe that Bridget is now 10 months old. She is moving faster and talking more now. She is determined to do what she wants to do. She is more interested in cabinets and doors, as well as books and paper. Her toys aren't so cool right now, but I'm hopeful that she will chill out and sit and play with them once more!

Phillies Game

Bridget, Grandma, and Grandpa attended their first Phillies game. We sat in a suite, which was great because it was humid, hot, and raining. The Phillies did not play well at all, and Bridget has recently become afraid of loud sounds. Anytime the fans got rowdy, Bridget cried! I hope the phase passes soon!

At the Lavender Farm

Bridget and I went with Grandma and Grandpa Helwig around Bucks County today. We started with lunch at Lilly's on the Canal in Lambertville. We then went to Carousel Lavender Farm where we got some terrific pictures. We ended at Washington Crossing Vineyard. Some of my favorite things to do on a beautiful summer day!

They have llamas, horses, and donkeys there. Here are the horses.
This is the mama donkey and the baby donkey which less than 24 hours old when we saw it!

Photo Shoot

While we were home Bridget had a photo shoot in Lewiston with Natalie and Susan Hofert. It was a beautiful day and we got lots of great shots. Here are a few of the 600 shots from that day!
