The room is complete. Grandpa and Dad installed the ceiling fan and we hung the valance from Great Grandma Helwig. In a little bit, Thomas will be out of our room and into his room full time.
Last Wednesday was Thomas's 2 week check up. He was 6 pounds at his 1 week check up, and I was afraid that he would not be back to his birth weight (6 pounds 9 ounces) at the 2 week check up. Well, he passed his birth weight- 6 pounds 11 ounces!!! Now he's 19 1/2 inches long. His head, height, and weight are all in the 10th, 15th, and 20th, percentile. He's now allowed to sleep for a 5 hour stretch at night, he doesn't always take me up on the offer, though. We'll get there. Mom and dad need their sleep.
