One of my student's parents offered us her tickets to the Bills- Broncos pre-season game. The Bills looked pretty pathetic after the first drive. Bridget stayed with Tom, Marybeth, Lian and Maddy. She had fun baking with Play-doh and then Tom set up a movie in their driveway for the neighbors to enjoy. Bridget loved it. When Matt and I got back from the game, she didn't want to leave. So we stayed and watched Toy Story 3 with the neighbors. She leaned over to me and said, "Thank you for taking me to Lian's house, mom." That was a big improvement from last weekend when she tried to escape from their yard because she "just wanted her mommy."
