Pike's Peak

On Monday, we were done with our hotel, but couldn't go back to our house for the day as the floors were still drying.  So we decided to head up to Pike's Peak on the COG railroad.

Here are some pics as we first boarded the train.  It was an hour and a half ride to the top and the same going down.

 

 

Here are some pics of Bridget at the summit.  It was 65 and sunny at the base of the mountain and 5 degrees and frigid at the top.
